Selling Information

We will advertise your properties on all major property portals and distribute them through our agent network of over 400 Spanish real estate agents

We have 2 levels of selling package

level 1 - You pay €995  inc IVA upfront. We will come and take professional photos, 360 virtual tour and take the property description and then upload it to the website. We will also deal with all enquires and arrange the property viewings for you to conduct

Level 2 - You pay our normal real estate agency fee on the completion of the sale. We offer our full real estate agency service this includes dealing with all enquires and conducting the viewings the clients (Please contact us directly to discuss  the fees)
